Zoolander
We all need a good laugh sometimes, and Zoolander is one of those movies that is guaranteed to make you laugh, big time. It’s the kind of movie you can watch over and over again without getting bored. Definitely a must if you’re in need of a pick-me-up.
Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
A classic movie that is a must see for everyone. There is nothing better than watching the mischievous Ferris wreak havoc and take the day by storm. It’s insanely funny and has a kick ass soundtrack.
Grease
Another classic movie to make your day. There’s nothing better than watching Sandy and Danny when you’re feeling a little low. You can sing along with them, I’m sure we’ve all memorised the songs, and who doesn’t love a happy ending?
Clueless
A super cute movies with another happy ending. Everyone loves watching the spoilt Cher deal with her high school ‘struggles’ as a rich teenager. It’s a great teen romance that can even pull in adult viewers.
She’s The Man
This is my personal feel good movie. Who doesn’t love watching Amanda Bynes dress up as a guy to join a boy’s soccer team? Also starring a young Channing Tatum, this movie has ‘teen romance’ written all over it. Its hilariously funny and also based on a Shakespeare play.
10 Things I Hate About You
Another personal favourite. I love watching bad boy Heath Ledger (as I’m sure most girls do), try and seduce Julia Styles. It’s a movie based on high school deals and bets with some witty banter thrown in. It has another super cute ending.
Silver Linings Playbook
For a movie that has a main plot revolving around mental illness, it sure does make you feel good. It’s witty, full of sneaky humour, and has a plot that focuses on so many different things. Jennifer Lawrence won an Oscar for her role in this film, and it also has a cute ending.
