It was all about the modern power suit on the iHeartRadio 2016 Music Awards red carpet at The Forum in Inglewood, California and almost everyone got the memo.

Fashion-forward female singers were all spotted in the season’s hottest trend of bringing out your inner boss lady with a pair of power pants to command the red carpet.
Demi Lovato showed she was in charge with her black and white suit. With an symmetrical bodice and button details, Demi was still able to make the suit look sophisticated and sexy with a sleek, black lob and berry lips.
Taylor Swift was up to her new style tricks, choosing a combo of black and sparkles to show off her fabulous bod. Her jumpsuit and chunky heels combo was a fierce choice for Ms Swift, who shows that all that hard gym work really pays off when you need to hit the red carpet.
Selena Gomez brought all the colour to the red carpet in her cheeky orange jumpsuit. The side cut outs added some extra character and flair. Zendaya also brought the fire in a red and black pants-blazer-crop outfit. As one of few who can make a mixture of velour athleisure wear and leather look good, the 18-year-old was a cool and funky addition to the red carpet crew.
Choosing to eschew the power pants trend, Serayah went with an embellished, gold and peach mini dress with her sleek bob. Kelly Osbourne also stuck with a dress, in her classic black, giving all the attention to her long, lilac locks.
