More and more people are covering their roots in glitter instead of getting them re-died. Some are even doing it to get into the holiday spirit! If you’ve left your re-growth too long and are in desperate need of a hair pick-me-up, or you’re feeling super festive and keen, here’s how to do it.
What you’ll need:
- Hair gel
- Glitter
- Hair oil
- Start off by rubbing the hair oil into the roots of your hair. This makes washing the glitter out easier.
- Mix together the gel and the glitter. This can be done in the palm of your hand. Make sure they’re mixed together well.
- Start applying! It can be messy, but start off by pushing the glitter/gel into the root of your hair. Try to keep only your hair part covered.
And you’re done! Super simple and fabulous.
