Random Chic Musings is the latest site from fashion blogger Dille. A true artistic spirit, Dille not only showcases fashion, she creates it. Her blog offers DIY tutorials for making clothing and jewellery from scratch, and she also sells some of her handmade jewellery on Etsy. Originally from Singapore, Dille now lives in Spain.

Dille: “I live on the Costa Blanca and I love it here. It was a big change from hectic (and chaotic at times) Singapore to laid-back Spain. It has made me appreciate life even more and also transformed me into a more positive person. Being here, in a country where everyone is so friendly, their laid-back lifestyle and rich culture has opened my eyes to many wonderful things. These help me find inspiration to write.

“I have always been the creative kind, I loved Arts & Crafts in school. Nothing pleases me more than to be reunited with my creative side! I have learnt how to oil paint for the first time here. I never thought I could and it’s always good to try new things.
Making your own clothes and accessories has a double benefit: you can tailor your designs to suit your own personal style, and you can save plenty of money at the same time.
“I love DIY very much. DIY started as a hobby and now I make a bit of money from handmade beaded necklaces which I sell on Etsy and a local boutique here. I do tutorials on the blog and share them with fashionistas like me who want to look stylish without having to break the bank!”
