iHeartRadio Red Carpet Style

iHeartRadio red carpet

A slew of our favourite heavy hitters in the music industry stepped out onto the iHeartRadio red carpet in Los Angeles last week. Unfortunately, while there were a few great outfits, the majority failed to hit that sweet spot that we love to see at an event.

Taylor Swift added a bit of volume to her bob, which was much needed with her figure hugging Kaufmanfranco mini dress cutting a slim silhouette. The cut outs were cute and the star showed of plenty of plenty of leg, which was perfectly accentuated by her Tamara Mellon heels.

We loved Jessica Szohr’s metallic Bec & Bridge dress, with a gladiator inspired look, matched with bronze, point toe pumps. Jessica was one of the few who steered clear of the bright colour trend at this year’s event, along with Fifth Harmony who embraced some black and metallic for their cheeky outfits.

Zendaya was a punch of colour in a hot pink and green Fausto Puglisi mini dress, while Iggy Azalea also added some colour in printed leggings combined with a sexy sheer top. We adored her tight curls, which are so different from her usual sleek locks.

Meghan Trainor showed off her curves in a figure hugging black dress, but we were a bit iffy on the glittery cardigan that was done up over the top. Perhaps the expression on her face shows what she’s thinking about her outfit…

Hailee Steinfeld was dressed head to toe in Dior, and while the dress is cute, we’re not sure that she needed those thigh high boots to make such a statement. Anna Camp was also dressed brightly in a Three Floor mini dress with complementary shoes, and we were a fan of this one. The dress was cute and fun while her hair and makeup was understated to suit.

Ariel Winter and Brittany Snow both chose crisp, white dress for their red carpet appearances. With lady like hemlines and necklines, these girls looked classy and elegant, and we love Arielle’s dip-dyed ‘do.
