As if we’re not ridiculously excited for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show already, the Fantasy Bra has been unveiled. But this year, it’s double the trouble with two Fantasy Bras being paraded down the catwalk, both worth a cool $2.29 million each.
Experienced Fantasy Bra bearers Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio will have the honour of literally dripping in jewels.

The amazing blue and red lingerie pieces, that were designed by Mouawad Jewellers, are encrusted with thousands of jewels and crystals each, including rubies, diamonds and sapphires and are linked by 18 carat gold. This will be the second time Alessandra Ambrosio has been chosen to wear the Fantasy Bra, and will be Adriana Lima’s third, equally her with iconic Victoria’s Secret Angel, Heidi Klum.
To be really specific, Alessandra’s Fantasy Bra set includes 882 red garnets, 2756 blue sapphires, 299 diamonds, 1187 blue topaz, 37 yellow quartz and 672 agate stones. Adriana’s Fantasy Bra set has 455 amethysts, 2885 blue topaz, 388 London blue topaz, 943 diamonds, 3103 blue sapphires and 2948 blue agate stones. Phew, that sounds heavy and according to Adriana, it is, but who cares!
Held in London this year, the Victoria’s Secret fashion show will see Alessandra and Adriana walking alongside our favourite Angels, Karlie Kloss, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Doutzen Kroes, Lilly Aldridge and Linday Ellingson. Victoria’s Secret has also recently released the list of ladies who will show us what they’ve got on the catwalk. We’ll be seeing some familiar faces in the form of Aussie model Shanina Shaik, Elsa Hosk, Barbara Fialho, Monika Jagaciak, Maud Welzen, Jourdan Dunn, Bregje Heinen, Maria Borges, Eniko Mihalik, Jasmine Tookes, Kelly Gale, Josephine Skriver, Devon Windsor and Cindy Bruna. New faces Imaan Hammaam, Daniela Braga, Romee Strijd and Lais Ribeiro.
A notable absence from the lineup is model powerhouse, Cara Delevingne. While there were also rumours of up-and-comer Kendall Jenner on the prospective list, could we guess that the girls have chosen to head to Austria on December 3rd for Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel Métiers d’Art showing, which clashes with the Victoria’s Secret show.
Be that as it may, we can’t wait to see what creations Victoria’s Secret has come up with this year. I suppose we will all see when the show is aired on December 9th at 10pm on CBS.
