Silvana has worked with local brands such as Jayson Brunsdon, Nicolangëla and Trelise Cooper as well as international labels Oscar de la Renta, Louis Vuitton, Chanel amongst others.
The runway show will be presented using three distinct fashion themes – hip, street style will be showcased in ‘Urban’, spring frocks and striking head pieces for ‘Spring Racing’ and Australia’s finest designer creations will be presented in ‘Couture’.
Designers for the runway include Alice McCall, Arthur Galan AG, Carla Zampatti and White Suede.
Lovin said:
“I am thrilled to be a part of one of Melbourne’s most exciting fashion events. Spring is the perfect time to be home, the weather is warming up and new season fashion is hitting the stores! Even though I am now living overseas, Australian designers are still some of my favourites and will always remain in my wardrobe.”
The program will also see a selection of Australian fashion trailblazers inducted into the Stonnington Fashion Hall of Fame – a respected award, attributed to influential figures in the Australian fashion industry. The prestigious honours will be presented at a private VIP morning tea ceremony, taking place at Malvern Town Hall on Wednesday, September 17.
This year’s nominees will be in good company with previous inductees including Lisa Gorman, Karen Webster, Joe Saba, Alannah Hill, John Cavill, Teresa Liano and Arthur Galan, amongst many others.
