Taylor swift has surprised us with a style shakeup yet again. The previously country sweetheart look has been eradicated from Taylor’s wardrobe and replaced with dark and broody styles to match her short and choppy bob.

It’s a stark transformation from the preppy style that we usually see on swift with pastels, tailored skirts and plenty of coloured pairs of heels, but we’re totally loving her bad girl attitude.
Being in the spotlight since she was just a teenager has put Taylor up for public scrutiny and delayed the dark and moody phase that all girls go through. With her tousled, platinum bob, Taylor reminds us of Jenny Humphrey back in the days of Gossip Girl.
Taylor’s recent appearances at the Met Gala and BMI Awards have fans going crazy about her new style attitude. Can we just say though, the look is somewhat refreshing and effortless compared to her usual polished appearance, and there is nothing wrong with a change once in a while!
With black on black, on black, with a little bit of glitter and gingham, dresses and short shorts thrown into the mix and a hint of plain white t-shirts, Taylor Swift has turned her good girl style into rocker chick overnight.
