Always keen for a spot of colour against her mocha coloured skin, Lupita Nyong’o looked amazing in this Elie Saab creation. Plunging, but modest, striped, but subtle and a whole lot of flowing from her tiny waist down, Lupita pulled off this incredible gown well, adding Sophia Webster heels and a sleek bun.
Saucy mama Sofia Vergara was absolutely sizzling in a red Donna Karen Atelier gown with sheer panelling across her taut tum. The one shoulder dress was the perfect mix of clingy and flowing to accentuate her curves and flatter her figure. Camilla Alves also chose a Donna Karen Atelier in the form of a deep purple, strapless gown, complete with train.
Julia Roberts meant business her in black Givenchy pantsuit. The plunging neckline and turquoise accessories show that she still knows how to party. Julia Louis-Dreyfous looked elegant in her black Monique Lhullier gown. The sheer, lace sleeves and elegant neckline were suited well to her shape. Julie Bowen was pretty in pastel in an embellished Georges Hobeika number. The sleeveless gown showed off her toned arms while the delicate bow at the waist shows off her slim figure.
Emmy Rossum looked almost medieval in her grey, lace Armani Privé strapless gown, while Sophia Bush added some old Hollywood glam to the red carpet in her orange Vivienne Westwood gown with cropped, swideswept curls. Sarah Hyland’s Vera Wang gown was made of a beautifully embellished bodice and a tulle overlay skirt and on-screen little sister Ariel Winter showed off her curvy figure in a white ZAC by Zac Posen gown that contrasted with her dark hair and nails.
