One of the most glamorous nights of the year has just happened with celebrities making a fabulous start to 2016 with their incredible outfits.

Leading ladies like Jennifer Lawrence, Cate Blanchett and Kate Hudson showed off their elegance and grace on the red carpet in some stunning gowns. It was all about rainbows tonight, with red, yellow, green and pink being seen on our fave celebs. Let’s take a look at the winners of this year’s Golden Globes red carpet.
Amy Schumer was the picture of elegance, before she opened her mouth of course, in a black and white off-the-shoulder Prabal Gurung ball gown. Her highlighted inner eye was gorgeous while her long hair was slicked back, drawing the attention to the gorgeous monochromatic dress.
Lady Gaga in Versace (what else) was a vision with her black gown, old Hollywood bob and plenty of diamonds on her wrists. Her nude lips and natural brows are to be applauded, giving her an understated beauty and a fierce look.
Jennifer Lawrence was in her usual Dior – a red box-top with figure baring cutouts along the hips and red lips to match. Her diamond choker and swept back hair made her look very minimalist and classic and a winner among the critics.
Jennifer Lopez wowed the crowds in her mustard Giambattista Valli Couture. The unique silhouette of the gown was away from her string of body baring gowns, only showing a long, toned leg. Paired with her vampy lips and matching nails plus incredible jewels, JLo was untouchable.
Kate Hudson showed off her bod in a Michael Kors Collection ensemble. The blush coloured bandeau top and maxi skirt combo showed off Kate’s enviable abs, while her makeup was glowing and her boxy clutch has made our wardrobe must-have list.
Our main red heads Julianne Moore and Amy Adams were glowing on the red carpet. Julianne, in her sparkly blue and very fitted Tom Ford number that contrasted magnificently again her auburn locks, and Amy in her orange Versace number that clung in all the right places, with an embellished waistline to highlight one of her fabulous features.
Cate Blanchett was also a winner in her Givenchy pastel, embroidered and fringed Givenchy gown. Her sleek hair and minimal accessories sealed the look.
