Taking care of our skin is super important as I’m sure we all know! When we look after our skin we’re preventing it from again, preventing damage from the sun and pollution in the air, and also all that other bad stuff that comes with age.

  2. Cleanse. This goes hand in hand with removing makeup. Once your makeup is removed its important to cleanse your face. This removes dirt and grime sitting on your face and in your pores from the day. If this isn’t washed off, it can cause breakouts and uneven texture. It’s also important to cleans your face in the morning because we produces excesses oils and dead skin overnight.
  3. Moisturise. It’s essential to moisturise and keep your skin hydrated whether you have dry skin, oily skin, or combination skin. Dry skin can be one of the first things that age your skin.   4. Wear SPF. I can’t stress enough how important it is to always wear sunscreen under your makeup during the day. Or to wear foundation with an SPF. The sun is one of the main causes of skin aging and wrinkles. Even if we can’t see sun damage now it can show up several years later. Just the small act of applying sunscreen in the morning can reduce the damage to your skin in years to come!
