One shoulder

The one shoulder trend is back with a vengeance with a swarm of Parisian designers adding the slanted look back into their collections. Elie Saab, Chloé, Stella McCartney and Sonia Rykeil to name the very few, the one shoulder top and dress trend is going to be huge within the next season. A very 90’s style look, the one shoulder can be made to be very feminine, with flowy, frothy dresses, or have a little more attitude in the form of tight fitting tanks.

Denim

We noticed that denim has made a comeback around other fashion weeks on the runway and within street style, and Paris Fashion Week has done nothing to quash the rumours that we will be in jeans in spring. Denim dresses, jacket and skirts are also dancing back into your wardrobe, with a very relaxed feel. Chloé, Chanel, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney were showing off their denim which is definitely one of the top trends from Paris Fashion Week.

White Shirts

Once again, you can’t deny the freshness of the white shirt, but this time they’re coming in with a twist. Ruffle, slits and capes have been added to the classic white shirt to give an extra edginess. Stella McCartney, Anthony Vaccarello, Rochas and Valentino love the white shirt trend.

Sheer

The sheer look never really went away, but it has completely overtaken this season’s runways. Sheer dresses, skirts and pants will be in your wardrobe. Close behind on the sheer were netting and lace items, meaning that we’re going to be showing off a lot more skin in spring. Valentino, Rochas and Saint Laurent are sheering up their material, while Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen and Balmain have chosen the net approach.
