Dry shampoo is probably one of the best hair products ever invented. I mean, how great is it that with a few spritz, we can eliminate grease from our hair and keep it looking clean and fresh?

Dry shampoo is awesome for us lazy girls who don’t have time to wash our hair in the morning. It’s even greater to add texture to flat hair for styling. The all-rounder product is great…but only if you use the right one.

I’m sure I’m not the only one out there who has used a bad dry shampoo in their time (it can be a powdery/dusty mess). So, I’ve picked my top five to save you guys some time and money!

One of the first dry shampoos I ever tried and a cult favourite is Batiste’s dry shampoo. The range has a whole bunch of yummy scents to keep your hair smelling fresh. This dry shampoo is super lightweight and blends in nicely. Its also super cheap, which is an added bonus.

This dry shampoo by Klorane is my favourite one out of the bunch. It’s the best at absorbing oils at the roots of your hair and blends in really easily. There is no white cast left in your hair after you’ve sprayed, and your hair is left feeling clean and fresh.

I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who got excited when this dry shampoo from Co Lab hit Priceline’s shelves last year. This dry shampoo is super popular for a reason – its awesome for your hair! It absorbs oils without leaving residue in your hair and leaves your hair smelling great.

Oribe’s dry shampoo has been incredibly popular in the blogging world. There hasn’t been a more raved about hair care product than this one. What’s so great about this particular dry shampoo is that it aims at adding texture and volume to the hair, as well as absorbing the oils.

Another great dry shampoo is from Lush. Rather than being a spray this one is in powder form, which means you have more control over the amount of product you’re adding into your hair. It adds freshness while still being lightweight, and is easy to brush out with your fingers. An added bonus is it’s vegan friendly!
