The Swedes have a way with styling their outfits. They manage to be chic and edgy with plenty of attitude, putting together things we might not even dream of, and pulling it off with ease.
Stockholm Fashion Week brought out the street style in Sweden recently, with fashionistas and misters bringing heaps of denim, leather and oversized pieces to the table. Flats and wedges were also a popular choice as were chic accessories like a bicycle and a classic Chanel or Céline bag.
A pair of big and rounded shades were a must, with style stylists also showing us that mini skirts are very much back for the season. Plenty of leg was shown in a range of minis, many of which were leather.
Besides the iconic denim blues, white and red were all the rage for shirts, shoes and accessories. Jeans were a major part of Swedish street style at fashion week, and flares and boyfriend jeans were the items of choice. Denim skirts and shirts were also popular, creating quite a casual, chic look. Minimalism is key to the look and effortless style shines through.
