Our Picks Of Netflix

netflix

Netflix can be a minefield of options sometimes. Ever find yourself ten minutes into a show, wondering if you made the right decision? What if there is another series out there with your name all over it? Yep peeps, this is what I like to call Netflix FOMO. I have pulled together some current and upcoming picks, so you don’t have to spend valuable Netflix and chill time deciding.

Amanda Knox

For those who enjoyed making a Murderer, “Amanda Knox” will be right up their street. The documentary is based on Amanda Knox, a young American girl who was convicted, and later acquitted of the murder of student Meredith Kercher. The story is a gripping one that dominated media for a long time. The documentary is being released on 30TH September, so pencil it in to your diary.

Scream

Ok this made for Netflix series (now in its second) has some slightly cringe moments, and questionable emotional reactions; think lame jokes about the serial killer from seemingly terrorized kids. Aside from the “not true to life” aspect, the show transports me back to the gore fest time of my teens, when we went in our droves to check out the new Wes Craven flick. And with Halloween just around the corner, it feels like the right time to get in some screams. Ok, so now I’m lame.

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

In keeping with my nostalgic theme, Fresh Prince of Bel – Air is the series of my childhood. It is a laugh a minute, and suitable for everyone. And I never get sick of looking at Will Smith.

The Imposter

This wildcard is nothing short of gripping. A true tale of identity theft, with very sinister undertones. If you want to have your mind blown, then this is one to put in the planner.

Got any suggestions for us? As if we don’t already have enough lined up to watch.
