Sit and Relax

Tuck your hips slightly forward, keep your shoulders down and make sure they’re relaxed. Hold your head up and slowly inhale and exhale deep breaths through your nose. Continue this meditation with your eyes closed.

This techniques helps with stress and has been said to improve your health. So feeling tense, do this technique for awhile and relax your mind, body and soul.

All you need to do is focus on a single point by following your breath and mantra or stare at a candle flame. A beginner? Start off with a few minutes and then work your way up to longer duration’s.
