One of the most anticipated and popular Australian fashion shows of the year is the newest season showing of the Kookai collection.

With star studded front rows and runways, hot fashion and great sets, Kookai always nails the hype when it comes to their shows.
This season’s Winter 2016 collection is all about black on black with flattering silhouettes and detailed designs, and there was certainly nothing boring about it. The Melbourne based brand pulled out all the stops when it came to their collection with lace up designs, flares, leather and coats featured in black with complementary hues of maroon, grey, khaki and navy. With bright colours taking a step back this season, the darker, earthy colours will still be heating up your outfit.
Tuxedo dresses, military skirts and waterfall vests have also come out to play, adding a fun twist of style, but the classic Kookai silhouette is still ever present with form fitting designs to accentuate curves and flash a little skin.
Celebrities in attendance included The Bachelor couple Sam and Snezana, former Big Brother contestant Tully Smyth and former Miss Universe Australia Tegan Martin stunned in their ensembles.
Held in the Royal Exhibition Building, the set included gorgeous white spiral staircases to contrast with the black on black outfits, while the classic Kookai letters also stood strong in stark white.
