Jenny From The Block To Latina Diva

Jennifer Lopez has been around for a couple of decades now, but she still knows how to represent the hottest trends of the season. The sexy Latina, who has always been envied for her killer bod, has morphed from thigh high boots, white jeans and and peasant tops and evolved into the celebrity style with some glitz and glam that we all look up to. Let’s take a moment to appreciate Jennifer Lopez’s fabulous moments in fashion.

Jennifer Lopez Style Transformation

Like many celebrities who have been in the business for a while, JLo has had some fabulous fails in her fashion resume. But that hasn’t stopped her from rising from the ashes of every crop top and white pants outfit and coming back with something jaw-droppingly good. JLo has an adaptable fashion nature, proving this by coordinating outfits to then-boyfriend Puff Daddy or rocking a velvour tracksuit complete with heels and large hoop earrings, but we’ve always known that under her Bronx facade, there was a glamorous diva just waiting to glitz out.

Jenny From The Block started out as a girl from the Bronx with a taste for thigh high boots and cleavage bearing outfits, and with that body, who wouldn’t. But Jennifer Lopez has become one of the biggest female artists in the world, and though she insists she is still Jenny From The Block, we think she looks much better when draped in Marchesa, Michael Kors or Chanel. In 2000, Jennifer Lopez shocked the world in a plunging (below the belly button) Versace chiffon dress that was sheer from the thighs down, and although she kept her penchant for crop tops and jeans into 2001 and 2002, we could see that this would be a game changing moment.
