Sydney’s in-crowd was out in force last week with the David Jones Spring Summer 2015/16 fashion launch.

With special guest, International model and all round it-girl Gigi Hadid, our local celebs were dressed to the nines, making one hell of a fashionable red carpet. Jesinta Campbell and fiancé Buddy Franklin, Terry Biviano and hubby Anthony Minichiello and actress Samara Weaving were all among those who turned up in their best outfits on the red carpet.
Jessica Gomes was at the forefront of the launch, opening the show in a stellar KITX outfit, whilst David Jones ambassadors Jesinta Campbell, Montana Cox and Jason Dundas weren’t far behind.
The biggest theme for the coming season is crisp whites, whether it be in swimsuits or dresses – white is in. Monochromes are also going to be big, making for a very chic and neutral summer, while suit styles for men and women are making a comeback.
The big names were there, such as Camilla and Marc, Dion Lee and Ginger & Smart, showcasing your future wardrobe for the next season. Flowing dresses, skirts and pants were also prominent on the runway, hinting a more relaxed look for summer, while the swimwear was all about the strappy intricacies, with Jets showing off their monochromatic range on some hot, tanned bodies.
