Changing To Cruelty Free Skincare And Beauty

cruelty free, makeup, skincare

Going Cruelty Free (CF) can be as difficult as going vegetarian or vegan in the beginning. Cutting out certain brands feels the same as cutting out certain foods, and changing your makeup regime feels like you’re changing your lifestyle. I’m here to tell you that going CF is super easy.

If you are currently looking to go CF for whatever reason, maybe it’s a personal belief, maybe you’re vegan etc. I recommend doing it slowly. Don’t go crazy and throw out all your makeup, start by using up what you currently have, and then slowly replace those items with ones that are cruelty free.

Secondly, you should do your research. If you don’t know much about what’s CF to begin with it can be hard to know exactly what brands don’t test on animals, and what brands say they are CF but their suppliers aren’t.

Some people hesitate to go CF because they believe the products are more expensive, when actually, products are the same price if not cheaper (you’ve probably bought something from a cruelty free brand without knowing it).

Here is a cruelty free list:
