Banana Cinnamon Protein Shake
Ingredients
200ml water
Handful crushed ice
1 whole banana
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp Nature’s Way Figure Protein (Vanilla)
Method
I use George Forman’s Mix & Go blender. It’s handy for protein drinks as the blending container can be used as a drink bottle.
- Fill bottle with 200ml water and crushed ice.
- Split the banana into pieces, add to the water and ice.
- Add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tbsp of Nature’s Way Figure Protein (Vanilla).
- Blend.
This protein shake is best consumed half an hour before working out and half an hour after a work out.
TIP: Don’t put the protein in the bottle first as it won’t mix well, leaving it stuck to the sides of the bottle.
