We have all had that fluttery butterfly feeling of nervousness at some point. An important meeting or presentation at work can give the best of us an upset stomach. If your anxiety is particularly bad, there are several routes that you can take. Consulting your GP is definitely a good starting point.

You can look into holistic options such as meditation, cognitive therapy or even hypnotherapy. Counselling might be an option while some people may choose to go down the chemical route of antidepressants. Whatever you decide to do, remember that you should not suffer in silence. Anxiety can be cured and there is a litany of options out there.
