The transformation of the new shopping mecca will be unveiled October 16, with the international powerhouses joining Myer and David Jones in a glamorous two-floor fashion galleria. The list of style havens doesn’t stop there with Scanlan Theodore, Zimmermann, Alice McCall, Gorman, Willow and Sass & Bide adding to the mix.

Yael Bradbury, senior marketing manager of the Macquarie Centre, said:

“Macquarie Centre will be transformed into a leading fashion, lifestyle and leisure hub for Sydney with the first and highly anticipated H&M, the first UNIQLO in the city’s north and Zara will be the only store on Sydney’s north side to stock a full children’s range, complementing the strong children’s offer from H&M, UNIQLO and Gap.

“We have some grand plans for when our doors open upon completion of the redevelopment, including two fashion runway shows to showcase everything we will have to offer at Macquarie Centre.”

As well as being the new destination for the fashion savvy, Macquarie Centre will also become the largest suburban shopping centre in New South Wales, with 138,500 square metres of floor space.
