  • 1 frozen and peeled banana
  • ½ cup grapes
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (or both)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (or any seeds you like or have lying around)
  • 1 ½ cups chilled green tea (homebrewed is best)

To get this green morning smoothie going you need to take out your blender or Nutribullet. Add the green tea first to help the fruit blend properly. Next go in with the frozen bananas so they can blend first, grapes, followed by the rest of your ingredients and you can start blending! Add some ice with the smoothie in a glass to keep it fresh and cool.

The Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Hemp seeds and chia seeds (or whichever seeds you like)
